Armenia's threats of using nuclear weapons can create legal and political problems only for the country itself, said Mehmet Fatih Oztarsu, vice chairman of the Turkish analytical center Strategic Outlook."This threat is excessive," Oztarsu, who is also an expert on the South Caucasus, told Trend April 29.
